Course description: We often encounter ethical issues in our practice and whilst there is not always a right or wrong way to resolve an ethical issue; the best way to deal with it is to apply the principles of our Code of Ethics in a manner which portrays a high standard of excellence and integrity in the execution of our duties as law practitioners.

This course will look at some real life examples of ethical dilemmas which has arisen in the course of our daily practice. It will also touch upon how to prepare pupils/younger members of the profession to deal with these ethical dilemmas.
