Course description: “COVID-19 has turned into a global crisis, evolving at unprecedented speed and scale. It is creating a universal imperative for governments and organisations to take immediate action to protect their people.
It is now the biggest global event—and challenge—of our lifetimes. As such, it is impacting and changing human attitudes and behaviours today and forcing organisations to respond.
However, the need to respond will not end when the virus’ immediate threat eventually recedes.
Are we, therefore, in a permanent crisis? Can we talk about a “New Normal”?
The speaker’s provocation is to challenge the “New Normal” and call it “Overdue Normal”.
